Using Career Lab
Career Lab provides independent educational resources and community features. Keep your account credentials private, provide accurate account information, and use only content your account is authorized to access. Free membership, paid platform membership, and standalone product purchases are distinct.
Membership, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
The price and billing interval shown at checkout govern your purchase. Paid memberships use recurring billing through Payhip. Manage cancellation in your Payhip customer account and retain confirmation. Career Lab account deactivation does not cancel billing. Access follows the subscription status recorded by the platform; contact support if it differs from your receipt or cancellation confirmation.
Refund requests go to Career Lab support and are reviewed against the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights. No automatic refund, fixed refund window, or continued-access period is promised by this notice. See the cancellation steps and refund-request details.
Standalone Payhip downloads and Amazon books are separate purchases unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Membership does not transfer permanent ownership of standalone files. Canceling membership does not cancel a separate purchase.
Learning and professional limits
Mission Critical Career Lab is an independent educational resource. Content is provided for general training and career-development purposes and does not replace employer procedures, engineering specifications, approved construction documents, safety programs, manufacturer instructions, code requirements, or qualified professional guidance. Users must always follow their employer’s policies, project-specific requirements, applicable codes, and approved safety procedures.
Scores, badges, ranks, and completion certificates are educational records, not professional licenses, accredited qualifications, employer approval, or guarantees of employment, promotion, salary, or field competence. Written self-review is not an instructor grade.
Content and conduct
Career Lab material is provided for personal learning and professional development. Republishing, resale, mass distribution, or copying it into another training platform requires permission. Members retain ownership of original uploads and permit the storage and display needed for their selected sharing settings.
Do not harass others, impersonate people, misuse forms, bypass access controls, or publish confidential or unauthorized material. The owner may moderate content and restrict accounts for misuse. Reviews require a name, a 1–5 rating, and feedback, and are moderated before public display.
Support, saved work, and privacy
Save confirmation matters: unsubmitted or failed saves may not persist. Keep copies of important original files and exports. Contact support for account, purchase, or data questions; recovery of deleted or unsaved work is not guaranteed. Read the Privacy Notice.
